The Ask the Pharmacist form is one of the benefits we provide our registered online customers. If you use this form to request information about medications and other health-related topics, an Avia Partners pharmacist will respond to your questions. On the Ask the Pharmacist page, please answer the questions, and type your question in the form provided. Include all relevant information such as current medical conditions, drug allergies, and whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
 
The purpose of this site is to provide information to consumers on prescription and non-prescription medications, herbal products, and dietary supplements. Our pharmacists are unable to provide the following:
 

•	Advice regarding diagnosis or treatment in the event of any injury or emergency. For such information, please call your physician or 9-1-1.
•	Information regarding poisonings. For such information, please contact your local Poison Control Center.
•	Information regarding product availability or pricing. For such information please call your local pharmacy.
•	Information about cosmetic or beauty products.
•	Information related to illegal or illicit drug use.
•	Information about pharmacy law. Pharmacy law varies from state to state. Please contact your State Board of Pharmacy or state pharmacy organization for information.
